Teabag Bat

Jun 21, 2021 | Family, Wildlife

Whilst getting ready for work I received two calls within 10 minutes of each other re: bats needing to be rescued.

Whilst waiting to hear back from the finder re: the first message. The second caller explained that he had found a bat in their washing-up bowl in the kitchen sink. The gentleman initially thought it was a teabag in the water and was shocked to discover that it was a bat half-submerged, and only just able to keep her little head up above the water.

Many thanks for your interest and concern for my work with our precious bats and wildlife.
