I am in a quandary. Caring for bats is an important part of my life. Chatting with finders and promoting bat care, bat conservation etc is also an important part of the work. It’s funny how one thing can lead to another though. Through my last bat rescue, I’ve been invited to give a talk as part of Great Big Green Week in July. Unfortunately, I am no public speaker but I also realise it would be a great opportunity for promoting bat welfare…. Flippin heck! I feel I ought to try and do something.
