My artwork, ‘On A Mission’, is a pencil portrait and the wolves portrayed are part of a pack; they are on the move and trotting along in unison. My notelets are also in a Pack. They are sold in a Pack of 5 Cards, plus envelopes, and sent with ‘Love from the Artist’.
Whilst drawing this scene, I felt that the wolves were definitely ‘on a mission’ and working together as a team: I loved the motion and the intent. Within a pack, each wolf knows his/her position and behaves accordingly. It is this teamwork that has made wolves so successful as a species.
The study of animal behaviour has always fascinated me and I feel we can learn much from our fellow creatures.
