Placed little Pip underneath the batbox in the Flight earlier and he immediately crawled up into it. Just popped out with the detector and picked up a bat call. At first, thought it might be a bat flying above the garden but whilst standing next to the flight, I suddenly caught sight of him as he zoomed past. Lil’ Pip is flying. 
Will give him his meal shortly, but will let him enjoy flying in the fresh air for a little while longer. The roof is partially covered so he’s well protected for his first nights flight.
