It was lovely to see a hare lolloping through the long grass in the garden toward our pond a few days ago, and a couple of nights later Brian went out to lock the gate and spotted a hare on the driveway. The following night, he went out and the hare was there again, this time with two tiny leverets. He immediately came back inside.
This a.m as he opened the curtains, the hare was in the garden really close to the cottage, but as I later walked down to the bat flight I spotted this. 
Does anyone have any ideas as to who took this little one and would leave these remains?
