The study of wolves and wolf behaviour is of great interest to me; as is the study of dog behaviour. In 1989, I started my career as an artist drawing mainly pet dog portraits. In 2006, my love of dogs and my journey within the world of art brought me back full circle; to the beginning of man’s relationship with dogs.
Since becoming a Wildlife Artist, I have always dreamed of illustrating a wildlife book and I was delighted to be invited to illustrate two books on Wolf Conservation written by Marco Musiani.
To have the opportunity to study wolves for this project, to walk with them at the UKWCT, and to portray them, was a dream come true.
