Andrew Watts
Natural History Photographer
Andrew Watts has always had an interest in all kinds of wildlife (flora and fauna) and wild places. He is fascinated by the various intricate ways in which different species interact. His interest in photography began about 35 years ago when he wanted to record what he saw in the natural world. His subjects range from small insects and flowers to big game and landscapes. A love of travel has taken him to Zambia, Tanzania, Botswana, Namibia, Australia, Uganda, Ethiopia,
Kenya, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands as well as many places in the UK.
He often has pictures published and has twice been highly commended in the Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition. For many years, he has given talks/slide shows to photographic clubs, W.I. meetings, wildlife groups and other societies.
