Through my artwork, I hope that I am able to promote the work of the Conservation groups that I support and help raise the 'much needed' funds. Please take a moment to visit the websites of just a few of these important organisations. Conservation groups currently supported through my Artwork are listed at the bottom of this page.

The Gorilla Organisation
THE GORILLA ORGANIZATION - An organisation dedicated to the conservation of the remaining 650 Mountain Gorillas. The Charity founded in 1978 by the pioneer of gorilla conservation, Dr. Dian. Fossey, has changed it's name to the Gorilla Organization (GO). Illegal poaching, war, disease transmission and encroachment by man are the main threats to the future survival of this most gentle and most powerful of the great apes. In 1967, Dr. Dian Fossey began a campaign to stop illegal poaching that undoubtedly saved the mountain gorillas from the brink of extinction. Two years before her death, Dian said "humans must decide now whether the mountain gorilla is going to be a species discovered and extinct in the same century". Through her hard work and determination, thankfully, this did not happen, but they are still one of the most endangered mammals in the world. Dr. Dian Fossey said the gorillas' future is above all dependent on the welfare of the people who share their common heritage. Working in partnership with local non-governmental organisations, supporting sustainable development, conservation, education and small scale business initiatives the fund, with continued support, can save the last mountain gorillas from extinction and improve the lives of those who share their natural heritage. David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation

DAVID SHEPHERD WILDLIFE FOUNDATION - David Shepherd is known internationally as an ambassador for wildlife. In 1960 he became a conservationist overnight when he witnessed 255 zebra lying dead around a poisoned waterhole. Since then, with the help of supporters across the world, The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) has given away over £3 million in grants. An adaptable, non-bureaucratic organisation, the Foundation is flexible, responding promptly to conservation threats, supporting trusted, reputable individuals and organisations operating in the field. Lean on administration, generous on funding, DSWFsupports a range of innovative and far-reaching projects throughout Africa and Asia, achieving real results for wildlife survival. If you would like to help please contact.

Jane Goodall Institute
JANE GOODALL INSTITUTE - UK - In 1960, 26 year old Jane Goodall arrived on the shore of Lake Tanganyika in East Africa to study the area's chimpanzee population. Janes profound scientific discoveries laid the foundation for all future primate studies. In 1977, Jane founded the Jane Goodall Institute for Wildlife Research, Education and Conservation to provide ongoing support for field research on wild chimpanzees. Chimpanzees are our closest relatives in the animal kingdom. They are highly intelligent, social apes, found only in Africa. Sadly though, while the number of human beings inhabiting the planet continues to grow, chimpanzee numbers are falling. They are threatened by hunting, loss of forests, and illegal capture. Many are still forced to lead miserable lives in squalid zoos or are kept confined in laboratories, the subjects of invasive medical experiments. The Jane Goodall Institute is working to prevent their extinction, through conservation, research and education. If you would like to help please contact.

Cheetah Conservation Fund

To conduct conservation education programs for local villagers, ranchers and school children. To  continue intensive scientific research in cheetah genetics, biology and species survival. If you would like to help please contact.

Fauna and Flora International
FAUNA & FLORA INTERNATIONAL - In 1903, a group of British naturalists and sportsmen in Africa founded the first international conservation society. Their aim was to safeguard the future of southern Africa's large mammal populations, which had declined alarmingly as a result of over-hunting and expanding settlement. Almost a century later, the direct descendant of that society, continues to reflect the pioneering spirit of its founders. Fauna & Flora International acts to conserve threatened species and ecosystems world-wide, choosing solutions that are sustainable, are based on sound science and take account of human needs.
